Join the LSUS Team for a Community Cleanup!
The LSUS Alumni Association is partnering with Shreveport Green to register a team for this year’s City-Wide Cleanup.
Our assigned cleanup area will run along Line Avenue from A.B. Palmer Recreation Center to Family Dollar at 7421 Line Avenue.
The route covers approximately half a mile each way, for a total of about one mile of cleanup. We will walk together as a group on one side of the street, then return on the opposite side.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe, weather-appropriate shoes. All volunteers will receive a free T-shirt and will be provided with safety vests, bags, gloves, cleanup supplies, and water.
Parking is available at A.B. Palmer Recreation Center.
